The Sierra Company, LLC team is a small group of seasoned, independent professionals that have negotiated many transactions and personally
owned and operated at least one substantial business of their own. The group
is lead by the Company’s President and Owner, Mike Grande. Mike is an experienced merger and acquisition
intermediary, business owner and management consultant with over 25 years of experience. Mike has completed an extensive number
of transactions. He has also personally purchased, operated and sold a Management Consulting firm, Marine Dealership,
and RV Storage and Service Company. He was the Director of Management Consulting for a top ten national accounting and consulting
firm for over eight years and has direct consulting, merger acquisition and business valuation experience with some of the
top private companies in the western US. He has worked with close to 100 clients in the $2 to $100 million annual sales range,
and in a number of industries including manufacturing, service, retail, construction, food and beverage, distribution and
dealerships.
Mike received a BS degree
in Management from the University
of Oregon and an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Denver. He studied international
business at the University of London,
is a Certified Management Consultant and has a Colorado Real Estate license. He
has taught business classes at the University of Denver
and the University of Phoenix. Mike has been on the board of directors of several companies as well as the Colorado
Marine Dealers Association, Institute of Management Consultants
and Urban Peak
– a non-profit charitable organization.
